Age started Boxing - Started training in the gym at 7 and had my first contest against Noel Mc Bride – St. Marys Annagry.

Favourite all-time boxer - Marco Antonio Barrera

Typical breakfast - Porridge, fruit juice and fresh fruit

Training routine - Regular gym work 5 days a week, but when preparing for championships increase to 2 sessions a day.

Favourite music - R&B, Rap, Hip-Hop for training and a bit of classical

What car do you drive - Citroen Saxo

Best boxer in sport today - Floyd Mayweather

Favourite football team - Liverpool

If you weren’t a boxer - Probably work with my dad as a plasterer.  At present back studying for my Leaving Cert and I enjoy playing football. 

Inspiration - My dad boxed and it has always been my favourite sport.  Not to mention the friendship that you forge with other boxers is great.
